Don't fall for the "Google Pixie Dust"...you know all the so called gurus pushing their "Google Snake Oil".

It took me a while to realize this myself but, there REALLY is no magic push button "Google Miracle"
to get to the top of Google, Bing and Yahoo's search result pages.
