Say Goodbye to Traditional Recruiting
Years ago network marketers were known to use word of mouth, hounding their friends, family, and co-workers, and buying leads. Today, these methods are still used, but there are much better approaches and ways to have a successful business, while keeping your friendships and relationships in tact.

The internet is an obvious way to find people who are looking for an opportunity like yours. The days of posting a message on the bulletin at the grocery store, library, and city hall are over. Now you can find websites dedicated to inviting groups of people to network with others who have the same interest as them.
WIth websites such as facebook, twitter, and meetup, people who have similar interests can communicate with each other and start to build a relationship via the web. The network of people will grow much faster than a post at the library can help generate. If you find people with similar interests as yourself, these people can become your leads that you should contact to offer your opportunity and quality products.
As you use social media and the internet to grow your business, you will soon see that it is a much better way than purchasing lists of names and phone numbers. No longer will you have to call someone and either get a voicemail, or a person on the other line that doesn’t know why you are calling them, nor do they remember opting in to a website, etc. The person that you reach is only irritated, and not in the least interested in joining your business.
Now you can really start to leverage yourself using social media and the internet. You will be able to use the list of friends you already have on facebook and twitter, you can contact acquaintances you haven’t spoken to in a long time, and you can utilize the type of people you want to work with.
By eliminating the “traditional” approach to finding leads and making contacts, you can leverage yourself, recruit more than ever, and have fun while doing so. Network marketing doesn’t have to be stressful, it does take work however, and social media is your new answer.
