Find out what skills you will need in order to get started and maintain your business. Most reputable companies will only require you to be able to use pen, paper, and the telephone. You will get all the training you need by your company, and as long as the company has a system in place, it should be very simple. (Easy and simple are not the same. You will need to do work, and it will not be easy, but you will be following a simple system that should be proven).
Lastly, find out how often and how much you will be paid, and make sure the company is willing to pay you up front money (from weekly to monthly) and also allows you to earn residual money (this will take about 6 months to generate).
